Papaya is packed with vitamins and minerals which are good food for our skin. Tho healthy fruit also has antioxidants which help in keeping a lot of your skin problems like pigmentation, premature aging, dullness away.
This is at-home facial works for real and is also an inexpensive way to achieve glowing and flawless skin. Here is a step-by-step guide, read on.
Step 1: The first step includes cleaning your well to wash off any dirt, impurities, or oil accumulated on your skin. To prepare this papaya cleanser you need.
1 tbsp papaya puree/ paste
2 tbsp milk
Method to make papaya cleanser
In a bowl mix both the ingredients well and apply all your face. Massage your face with the cleanser for at least 2 minutes and then wash.
Milk has lactic acid which makes it a good cleanser.
Step 2:
Papaya scrub
Next, you need to exfoliate your skin and scrub. Exfoliation helps to remove dead skin cells from your face and helps in new cell growth.
Ingredients required:
1 tbsp papaya paste
1 tbsp rice flour
Directions:
Take a bowl and papaya paste, add rice flour, and mix well. Use this papaya scrub on your face and neck and gently massage for a few minutes. If you have sensitive skin, don’t be harsh on your skin, and don’t scrub for a long time.
Rice flour is known as a great exfoliator.
Step 3: papaya massage cream
For that natural, fresh glow on your face, you need to massage your face and neck with massage cream. Massage helps in improving blood circulation on your face which gives you a beautiful glow.
Ingredients required to make papaya massage cream:
1 tbsp papaya paste
1 tbsp aloe vera gel
Method:
Scrape out the first aloe vera gel from the plant and mix it with papaya paste. Combine well till you get a creamy texture massage your face and neck with this cream for 10 minutes.
Aloe vera works as a moisturizer for your skin.
Step 4:
Finally for that clear and spotless skin, skin, you need to apply this papaya face pack. It will nourish your skin deeply.
Ingredients required:
2 tbsp papaya paste
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp honey
Directions
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Your papaya pack is ready. Apply it all over your face and neck and let it dry. Wash off with normal water.
Honey has moisturizing properties that keep your skin smooth and soft. It also works as a mild bleaching agent.
